We are there through every step of the process

Institution-wide/ Statewide solutions require extensive discussions with all stakeholders and officials within an enterprise. These include members such as Core Facility Admins, Financial Admins, Institution Admins, Principal Investigators and even users! Although the decision can be strenuous, Idea Elan is committed to helping each member through the entire process with dedicated onsite implementation staff.

Each level of admin will be coached through implementation, integration, training, and the post "Go Live" support. Since many institutions have an array of facilities, with different workflows, our staff takes time with each core director to personally learn the ins-and-outs of their core. Idea Elan support team will guide Institution Admin, Facility Admin, PIs/ Group Leaders and Users to create a full understanding and get the most out of every feature of our core management software.
