The Simple Deployment Process is ideal for groups of cores that require a configured "out of the box solution." Facilities that require extensive customization or integration with other systems such as Financial ERP Systems, LIMS, etc. would go through our Institution wide deployment process.

Individual facilities or small collaborative groups of cores can "Go Live" in just a few weeks. Idea Elan staff will provide extensive training and implementation support to each admin. In a short period of time, admin will fully comprehend each software feature. Users will be able to begin using the software as soon as the admin are thoroughly trained and facility information is configured. The process is simple, quick, and effective.
