The integration of Infinity X into our existing SAP system was a crucial milestone. Automatic transmission of usage data into billing processes has minimized error rates and significantly reduced workloads in accounting processes. At Warwick we take pride in opening up access to our capabilities and expertise externally to industry and other universities, through Warwick Scientific Services (WSS). We have worked with the Idea Elan team to build a bespoke contracting system into Infinity X to allow us to work with external researchers at the scale we need, showcasing the flexibility of the system.
